Rank & Ride respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its members to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have implemented the following procedures for receiving and processing notices of claimed infringement.
If you believe in good faith that your copyrighted work has been uploaded to the Rank & Ride app or website without authorization, you may submit a Notice of Copyright Infringement. Your notice must be in writing and include the following information:
Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Identification of Work: A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
Location of Material: Specific identification of the location on our platform where the infringing material is located (e.g., a direct URL to the ride, video, or profile).
Contact Information: Your full name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number.
Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a "good faith belief" that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy Statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

If you believe that a notice of copyright infringement has been improperly submitted against you, or that your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a Counter-Notice. To be effective, the Counter-Notice must include:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and telephone number.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the Middle District of Tennessee, if your address is outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement.
In accordance with applicable law, Rank & Ride has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of members who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our discretion, limit access to the Services or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
