User Agreement

1. The Contract

By joining this community, accessing our site, or entering our Discord, you are entering a legally binding agreement. This project is built to keep riding competitive and fun. If you don't agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use our services (consistent with Discord’s requirements).

• Real Identity: While you can use an alias on the FYP, your official community membership should represent your real involvement in the sport.

• Account Safety: You are the "stock contractor" of your own account. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for any activity that happens under your name.

3. Content & Rights

• Your Rides, Your Ownership: You own the videos and photos you post. However, by sharing them here, you grant us a license to show them on the platform and FYP to help promote the sport.

• No Bad Stock: Do not post illegal, offensive, or "faked" content. We reserve the right to pull any "ride" (content) that violates our community standards.

• Badges: "Premium Badges" are earned through loyalty and contribution. They are digital honors within this organization and have no cash value.

4. Community "Dos and Don'ts"

You agree that you WILL:

• Act professionally and respect other riders.

• Use the tools provided to help yourself and others get better.

• Report any bugs or technical issues to dev@rankandrideapp.com.

You agree that you WILL NOT:

• Scrape or copy the app’s data to build a competing platform.

• Use bots to fake engagement or "likes" on rides.

• Harass, bully, or "gatekeep" the sport from new competitors.

• Imply you are an official representative of the organization without written consent from the President.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bull riding and bronc riding are inherently dangerous sports. This app is a tool for communication and learning, not a safety guarantee.

• The organization is not responsible for any injury, loss of gear, or accidents that occur in the arena.

• We provide the service "As-Is." We don't promise the site will be "up" 100% of the time (though we try our best).

6. Termination

If you break these rules or "ride dirty" (harass others/hack the site), the President or the Dev team can pull your badge and ban your account immediately.

7. Governing Law

Any disputes related to this contract will be handled in the jurisdiction where the organization is registered (e.g., Tennessee).
