Our Commitment to Brand & Creator Rights

Rank & Ride serves as a digital arena for the bull riding community. We are committed to protecting the original creations of our platform, the brands of our partners, and the individual rights of our riders.

1. Ownership of the Service

The "Rank & Ride" name, branding, "Arena Beacon" protocols, and all original interface designs (including layouts, typography pairings, and proprietary color schemes) are the exclusive property of Rank & Ride. Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or distribution of our platform’s infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
Note: Our digital arena infrastructure is protected by trade secret and trademark laws.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC)

You retain full ownership of the original rides, videos, and "pen" descriptions you upload. By posting content to Rank & Ride, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute your content within the Rank & Ride ecosystem (feed, highlights, and profiles) to help build your community "Standing."
Perspective: Your talent belongs to you; we simply provide the stage to showcase it.

3. Data Integrity & Anti-Scraping

We utilize active "System Beacon" technology to block automated bots and scripts. Harvesting rider data, statistics, or video content for use in external databases, commercial AI training, or competing platforms without explicit written consent is a violation of this policy.
Enforcement: Unauthorized data extraction results in immediate and permanent IP blockade.

4. Third-Party Rights

We respect the intellectual property of rodeo brands, gear manufacturers, and athletic associations. We require our members to do the same. For specific procedures regarding Copyright or Trademark claims, please refer to our specialized DMCA Policy and Trademark Policy.
