1. Algorithm Integrity

Rank & Ride utilizes the specialized "Arena Beacon" algorithm to ensure a high-honor feed experience. We prioritize authentic rides, proven athleticism, and community "Standing" over viral sensationalism. We do not sell "priority placement" in the For You Pen (FYP), ensuring that the elite rise based on talent alone.

2. Data Privacy & Use

We believe your data is your digital legacy. Rank & Ride does not sell individual member data to third-party brokers. We only use anonymized, aggregated arena statistics to improve our safety protocols, optimize platform performance, and track livestock performance for the betterment of the sport.

3. Moderation & Enforcement

Any decisions regarding account bans, "Shadow Pens," or content removals are guided by our "System Beacon" audit trail to ensure accountability. To maintain professional integrity, any user with a verified Pro Card or a "Standing" score of 90+ has their reports weighted higher for priority review.

4. Commercial Relationships

We maintain a strict boundary between advertising and rider rankings to ensure bias-free results. Any sponsored content, advertisements, or promotional partnerships from gear manufacturers or rodeo associations must be clearly tagged using our specialized "Verified Stock" labels.

5. Data Portability

Your data belongs to you. Like major global platforms, we are developing automated tools to allow members to access and download a portable copy of their data, including their own video clips and "Standing" history, upon request.

6. Government & Law Enforcement
