California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) Notice

This notice describes the rights of California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (together, “CCPA”).

1. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

Rank & Ride does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary compensation. We may "share" certain identifiers (like your device ID or IP address) with partners like Google Cloud or Discord to improve app performance and personalize your feed. You can opt out of this sharing at any time.

2. Your Rights Under the CCPA

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:

• Right to Know: You can request a copy of the personal information we have collected about you over the past 12 months.

• Right to Delete: You can request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions (like maintaining records for safety or security).

• Right to Correct: You can request that we fix inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.

• Right to Opt-Out of Sharing: You have the right to direct us not to share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you (e.g., by charging different prices or providing a different level of service) for exercising your privacy rights.

3. Categories of Personal Information Collected

In the past 12 months, Rank & Ride has collected the following categories of information for business purposes:

Internet Activity | Search history on the app and interactions with the FYP.

Geolocation | General location (City/State) provided by your device settings.

Professional Info | Your riding history, skills, and endorsements provided on your profile.

Sensitive Info | Login credentials and private community messages.

4. How to Exercise Your Rights

5. Minors Under 16

As stated in our User Agreement, Rank & Ride services are not for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
